Shipping Information:

All jewelry pieces are individually fabricated using the latest 3-D printing technology, then hand set with Swarovski crystals. The nature of 3D printed jewelry is such that there may be slight variations on the surface of the pieces. Each piece is unique, inspired by my hand made original sculpture.  The photographs in the on-line store and on the website are representative of both the jewelry and the sculpture. There may be slight variations from the photographs, especially of the hand painted sculpture. Jan Kirsh Studio ‘s website is presenting artful objects, please be aware of the inherent individuality.

The sculpture and jewelry are fabricated with utmost care, using quality materials, though Jan Kirsh Studio cannot guarantee the longevity of the pieces.  From our studio to your home, our number one priority is a happy patron.

That said, please be reminded that my sculpture is hand fabricated and painted one piece at a time. If a piece of sculpture is not in the studio, ready and available for shipping, adequate time will be necessary for fabrication and finishing. More exact timing will be determined at the time an order is placed. Please note that the sculpture on this website is non-returnable. Contact Jan Kirsh Studio directly via telephone or email if you have questions about the sculpture before your purchase is finalized. Sculpture will be insured at the time of shipping, the cost of insurance and shipping is included in the total price. We will ship sculpture via UPS

If a piece of jewelry is IN STOCK, shipping will take place within 5-9 business days through USPS Priority.  If the piece of jewelry is NOT IN STOCK, please be patient and allow 30 days from the date of order to allow us time to custom print, set the crystals, ship and deliver your order.  All jewelry orders are insured and sent with tracking.  A signature will be required to ensure orders are received.

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number + order details. (psst…make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox!) Delivery time may vary, depending on destination. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as humanly possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as shipping service interruptions.

Customers are encouraged to double check shipping address information during check out and before confirming orders. Your entire order must be shipped to a single valid address.   The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you wish to have a package containing jewelry shipped internationally, please contact our studio at shipping@jankirshstudio.com directly to make arrangements for shipping. Requests for sculpture to be shipped internationally will be handled on a per package basis. The cost of shipping internationally, along with any import fees or duties on international orders will be estimated as best as possible and are non-refundable.

We may collect information about you through our website www.jankirshstudio.com and other electronic communication including e-mail, or text in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, and services.
