The classic eggplant, affectionately named Petite Augergine. It is yet another vegetal form that fits the description, voluptuous. The lime green cap and artfully twisted stem set off the womanly shape and take this member of the nightshade family found at your farmer’s market, or the produce department of your favorite grocery store, to a higher level. The piece sits on a 1″ x 3″ x 3″ black Corian base.

Worth noting that this piece is the model size which was used to create the 37” tall version of this purple eggplant, known simply as ‘Aubergine’. Either version is eye catching with a glossy, deep purple epoxy painted surface that will reside indoors or out. Everyone has a favorite eggplant dish, maybe this one will inspire a spicy middle eastern stew, with onions, tomatoes and chick peas.
